Wait, I thought the early admit thing was just a way to backdate some recruits, but that the sums still had to be <15 when added together. Are you saying they never have to be counted at all?

You're correct.
The really powerful part of the anti-sanctions plan, though, was when they backdated recruits to an earlier, non-sanctioned class. That's how they took 29 players in the class of 2011.
