Scott Fujita? Inciting violence? Who knew! - Leftcoast - 05-02-2012

Player penalties in the NFL's bounty scandal include a familiar name - Scott Fujita.  Yup, THAT Scott Fujita, the one who wrote the infamous Daily kal editorial asking players to commit personal fouls and fans to join the fight and .... well, here's how he put it.

Quote:I have a vision of a The School near Oakland player grabbing somebody by the throat and squeezing until shit runs down his leg.

and

Quote:I have a vision of a The School near Oakland "die-hard" taking down the Stanford tree at full speed. This is something I think everyone has envisioned at one time or another. Why doesn't somebody sack up and make it happen!?

The NFL fine for Scott seems to be toward not only participating in the Bounty scheme but also putting forward large sums of money to fund it.

Hmmhhh - Inciting others to violence?  Overstepping the boundaries for football's violence?  Sounds familiar to me.  That's just Scott being Scott.

I'm a little amazed that Fujita got the shortest suspension of the guys who were penalized. He must be mellowing.  ;)

Nah, it's probably just age.  Don't you remember that video of Joe Kapp duking it out in Canada?  ;)

I've always wondered... whose leg was he referring to?

I know it doesn't have to be All-Kal...but Brian Treggs has to be there at WR....along with Pawlawski (sic?) at QB.
I also nominate Ron Dayne at RB. I just have to hear his name one more time since I didn't get enough at RB2K.

Who was the $C dickweed that did something perverse on our block 'S' a few years ago?
