New York Times on Luck - 97fan - 08-28-2010

Very nice article that captures what makes Stanford special:

My favorite part:

Quote:As Stanford’s culture welcomes back winning football, Luck has a dream ending in mind.

“It’d be nice to leave a legacy of being that class that was part of the teams that won the Rose Bowl back to back, something like that,” he said. “To turn it around for Stanford winning for good.”

I also loved this quote from Oliver Luck:

Quote:“When Andrew committed, Jim called and said, ‘Thank you for sending him here because I didn’t have to go to the admissions office on my knees.’ ”
