We are what Heaven looks like to UCLA - Redrum - 08-26-2012
I don't know where the compliment is in "If
Stanford can do it, certainly we can.", but apparently the math works out like this: Stanford + more money + Harbaugh= Jackpot  So UCLA is trying  Money ($$ millions) = The transitive property of Harbaugh-
ness + Coach who
isn't Harbaugh =Â Jackpot.

I always chuckle over one of Neuheisel's last pathetic defenses of his record. UCLA's football program, Neuheisel "complained that coaching UCLA was 'bringing a knife to a gun fight'." Never brought him up short to think that
he was the knife...and a pretty dull one at that.

It's been pretty amusing to see the media talk itself into the idea that Mora might end up working--people cite UCLA as a surprise team all the time in preseason previews. Anything's possible, I suppose, but Mora's record does not exactly inspire and his staff, minus Mazzone, is pretty blah.
