I'd imagine Stanford fans who wager on games are going to be tempted to take Duke +14 or 15.Â
If the team I saw play SJS Friday night covers against Duke, I am going to believe that team has a legitimate shot to knock off U.S.C.Â

Well the team that played last Friday couldn't so hopefully the team that plays this Sat is different.

well I bet on Stanford almost every game and they cover more often than most teams but I don't have a lot of faith in Shaw at this point. He needs to move Yankey back to OG ASAP. If Peat is still injured give Murphy a shot. UCLA is starting a true freshman and redshirt freshman at OT and neither is the caliber of Murphy. Lets play to win instead of not to lose which is what we did way too often last season IMO.

I had to watch the game online, so couldn't really see well, but I totally agree re: Yankey at LG. You want your best guys on the interior if you are running power, and Yankey is > Wilkes. Peat was wearing a cast on his hand Friday night. My guess is when the cast comes off he will start. The question is when will the cast come off?

yeah Peat getting hurt is pretty bad. I wanted him to get practice in the first 2 games so he's ready for USC in game 3. And I also think Garnett will overtake Danser sooner rather than later. Anyone want to guess the spread for the USC game?
