That sounds pretty fun! :)

Out of curiosity, did anyone do this?

I walked by the venue and looked in.  They constructed this very nice tent with a building facade to make it look like a real historic structure.  It was rather nice.  I guess.  It seemed very commercial with a very strong focus on promoting Nissan, but whatever.  It was one of those tents that seems to emerge for the biggest of events.

Ironically, it would have been better for other games when there are more kids and families coming to the event.

My brothers and I visited.  It was fun.  The field goal kicking is harder than it looks and my brother's girlfriend did the best hitting all three of her attempts.  They gave away t-shirts for answering pretty easy trivia questions, they sent the SI cover to your phone for free, and they had pretty women showing the cars.  We missed Svitek and Lofton but we wanted to visit the Hall of Fame room and go by the Track House.  We also had to get back to tailgaiting.

The energy and noise in the stadium in the second half was as loud as I've ever heard it.  One of my brothers is a big SC fan (he is a long time SC season ticket holder) and he has vowed to not attend any more games against Stanford whether played in Palo Alto or LA.  The big baby.  It was especially sweet seeing all of those sad SC fans unable to "finish their business" of putting us back in our place.

Cheers,
Pete F.
