I thought we learned something on one play in particular, when Nunes scrambled to his right and seemed to have a good shot at a 1st down if he kept going toward the sideline. There were 2 defenders in pursuit, maybe it'd have been close. But he juked to the left to get the first. At the time I was thinking he either lacks football smarts or definitely has mettle. Congratulations, Nunes.
I hope Terrence Brown is back in action next week.

Josh Nunes bafflingly good slow-down move reminds me of the old guy in the pickup basketball game. He is unbelievably fat, he is wearing glasses/goggles, and he has this one damn move that always gets an open shot. I hate that guy. SC and Arizona hates Nunes.

Sometimes the fleet of foot have trouble changing directions. We slow guys don't have as much trouble with change of direction. The wildcat linebackers were lining Nunes for the kill when he stopped in his tracks and turned up field. Both would be tacklers tried to stop and slipped the the ground as Nunes motored on up the field. Loved the reaction of the linebacker slamming his fist on the ground. Keep on trucking Nunes. We old , slow fat guys have faith.
