Ring of Honor -

I'm surprised no one mentioned this earlier. A lot of fans were hoping that we'd have a ring of honor around the stadium. Well, we do, sort of. Pictures of former All Americans now circle the concourse. They were up in time for homecoming. The paintings are the same ones that were on a media guide, but I can't remember the year. I can't remember whether Toby and Andrew are there, though.
One cool thing was that as I wandered around before the game, Eric Heitmann was having his photograph taken near his painting.

I didn't mention it because Homecoming was the first home game I'd attended in a few years, and I figured it had been up for some time. There are also side-by-side photos - on the sunny-side concourse - of the old stadium and the new one. Listed are the dates each stadium was dedicated, along with a number of facts to compare the two stadiums.
It all looks good. The stadium really needed some links to Stanford football history, and this project is a great start.
In terms of the All-American pictures, I believe both Toby and Andrew are up there. I know for sure that Andrew is ... but I think it only lists him as an All-American for one year, when I was sure that he had been an All-American in 2010 and 2011. Am I wrong about that?
As I was looking at the pictures, I was confused about whether they included 1st team, 2nd team and honorable mentions, and which All-American list is being used. Does anyone know?

Remember, Cam Newton was pretty much everybody's All-America in 2010, and rightly so.

Newton carried the taint of scandal ...

Yes, but I was under the impression (maybe wrongly) that the pictures in Stanford Stadium also included second-team and honorable mention AAs.
