I don't see why there is any controversy. Hogan should clearly start. Our offense is so much better with him behind center.

Agree. The way the first half as gone, I don't think there will be a QB controversy.
Of course, it's important to keep in perspective that we're playing a Colorado team that ranks 124th in points against (yielding an average of 46 pts per game), so don't get too excited about Hogan's performance. Next week against OSU's top-20 defense will be a much greater barometer.

Before Hogan is fitted for his crown, keep in mind this is still Colorado. Let's see how he does against a very good Oregon State defense before getting too excited. That said, Hogan does look much better than Nunes, so I don't see any real controversy either, at least this week.

Keep in mind that Nunes started this game and did poorly against this same team.

My guess is that Colorado and their fans suspect that we snuck Andrew Luck into an #8 jersey.

I agree 100%. In limited action, he appears better than Nunes. And he should be the starter next game, barring injury.
That was the best half of football the offense has put together this year. But Colorado is a miserable team.

I don't know about you guys, but I think we got a puncher's chance against Oregon.

State? If you mean the Beavers, then yes, Stanford has a shot at beating them. The Ducks are an entirely different conversation. But I do think Oregon will score its fewest points of the year against Stanford.
