Glad that his choice and chance to attend Stanford worked out so well for him. Sherman is the natural antidote to all the Kal posturing about being the exclusive working class heroes. Sherman's story is compelling and it's easy to like him because he's not too mouthy about his greatness.

Watch some Seahawk games, Redrum, and you might begin to feel differently. He's not Randy Moss-level delusional ("I am the greatest wide receiver") but Sherman is also not shy about sharing his skillz.

Sherman is pretty funny. I foresee a future for our fellow alumnus on halftime shows.Â
This reminds me of the time John Mayer dressed up in a bear costume and interviewed concert goers in the parking lot before the show. When he asked the boyfriends what they thought of Mayer, all of them answered: "He's douche."

I'm actually fairly certain that the last gentleman interviewed is a cameraman who works a few Stanford football games. He clearly recognized that he was talking to Sherman. Richard seems very likable, especially when he's on your team and quite the pest when he's on the opposition.

I think Sherman handled himself pretty well on the video, especially when you consider that a couple of the folks called him a drug cheat. He took it all with an (apparent) sense of humor. I can't imagine Ray Lewis handling himself like that if a bunch of fans accused him of being a drug cheat or mentioned his parental (ir)responsibility.
