Powell returning for senior season - Fuzzy Dunlop - 03-15-2013

Wilner says Powell is coming back.  I think that removes any doubt whether Dawkins would get fired.

I wouldn't assume that. If the AD has any common sense he has to see that now is the best time to replace Dawkins. After next season we could be losing 5-6 guys so much better to have the new guy already hired rather than having to do it then and risk losing any top recruits that are stupid enough to come play for Dawkins.

Yeah I'm still shocked he's not getting fired. Dawkins even gives off the vibe of "I know I'm not very good at my job". He reminds of when Mike Singletary was coaching the 49ers.

I seem to recall (perhaps incorrectly), Mike Singletary blaming the lack of talent on the roster (pretty much the same guys Harbaugh took to the playoffs the next year).
