2014 WR Trevon Lee -
OutsiderFan - 03-26-2013
He's been offered by Appalachian State, Stanford, WSU, and USC to name a few, according to Rivals. In an interview he said Stanford is recruiting him the hardest.
At least right now, Rivals hasn't even ranked Trevon Lee. You don't usually see so many offers, particularly from places like USC, to unranked recruits. Anyone have any insight on this one?

Lee has not camped much and my $0.02 is that probably holds back his star rating. 247 has him as a 4 star and Scout has him as a 3 star.
I've linked some film from hudl.Â

so far, and depending on which site you like, Lee has between 10 and 18 offers. as shown in the clips, Lee is a hand catcher and for a 6'1" guy he kind of looks "lanky." as a JR, he scored 11 touchdowns on 35 catches and over 700 yards. the last Stanford recruit that had that type of touch/TD ratio (that I recall) was Richard Sherman. it is worth noting that Lee's 20 ypc is down from 25+ ypc as a SO. Gibbons is a power program in FL, so good level of competition.
lastly a 4.3 GPA is not too bad, and he has been taking AP classes since 5th (?) semester.Â
a lot to like with Lee.
lastly, it is not often to see kids with offers from both S.C.s

I think I read somewhere (probably the Bootleg) that his 40 time matches his GPA.
