Andrew Beck to Stanford has been confirmed over at Scout and Rivals. He's announcing at 4pm PST later today. MLB with good size. A pretty good start to the 2014 class.

Beck's a four star on 247, a high three star on Rivals, and a regular old three star on Scout. Offer list (Texas, Oklahoma, Florida State, Louisville) is more suggestive of a four star.

An especially nice pickup because I'm not sure he was rated as particularly likely to commit at the moment.

And will make some noise on the Farm, complementing guys like Barton when he returns from his mission. Though I don't lose sleep over the star ratings, I'd bet his commitment to the Farm, along with his senior year productivity, will push him into four star territory. Good start to what will be a very good class.
