Terrific article.  One of the best I've read about our football team.  Made me realize that the turnaround of the Stanford football program is a business school case study waiting to be written.  Touches upon leadership, strategy, recruiting, and entrepreneurism in this sense: the pursuit of opportunity without regard to resources currently controlled.
