kc johnson was one of the people/bloggers involved in making public the Duke lacrosse prosecution cluster****. He's now got his own sort of cottage industry involved in student due process as part of a larger campaign against bureaucratic political correctness. He is not some neutral observer, but the topic is definitely in line with garvin's post and the subject of student /university judicial due process.
