He always had the speed to get separation, but his hands and health were the question marks. Sounds like he's worked on the hands and the health is holding up. I'd love to see him contribute to a team.

There's an 15 year old Owusu named Michael rated among the Top 50 in his class! 

Keeping in mind that Malcom Gladwell has zero credibility among college football fans, one of the more interesting factoids in his book is that the fastest 100Ms ever run were mostly run by youngest or near youngest siblings with Usain Bolt being a notable exception.
