SC in trouble - pincemob - 09-07-2013

Down 10-7 to WSU, 2:30 left.  WSU ball.

Can the Pac 12 South winner play the WAC Champ instead of the North winner?  Might be more fair.

Update:  they are going to lose.  A pretty loud "fi-re Kiff-in" chant is in the air.

Wittek and Kessler are 2 of the worst QBs I have ever seen

You say that like it's a bad thing n

It is, if it gets Lane fired.

I hope they are burning couches in Pullman.

Who's launching the Save Lane Kiffin website?

I hope his financial advisor's got him in index funds. Can't go chasing yield in bonds these days.

I object to the designation of Lane K'iffin as "Daniel Tosh's evil twin".  I have seen Daniel Tosh on TV and he is definitely the evil one.  K'iffin is just an impotent dork.  :D

Yeah, don't think this is the last nail in LK's coffin, but it is a pretty big one.

I think he's done.

Fired before the season's over, unless he puts in Max Browne who lights the world on fire.

Re: SC in trouble - JeffInCorvallis - 09-07-2013

Losing to ND causes consternation.  Losing to Stanford (4 times in a row) is galling - first ones not on LK.  Losing to a program like WSU, well, I think $C boosters are going to go nuclear.

I think Tosh is the scum of the earth...and Kiffie is just an identical twin.

I'm sure the uninformed citizens of Troy will start chanting Browne's name soon. I hope they put him in and gets his confidence crippled early in his career.

With Marqise out there, those two QBs must be awful. Maybe the worst in the conference.

Re: SC in trouble - stupac2 - 09-08-2013

I'm also of the opinion that Kiffin is done, the only question to me is whether he survives to the end of the year or not. At this rate it's looking like not.

Re: SC in trouble - Farm93 - 09-08-2013

At this point Kiffin is almost hurting Stanford.  A lot of USC type recruits are moving over to UCLA, and their coach likely will be able to do great things if he is able to get all of the top recruits.  It probably is better for Stanford if all of the recruits in the region are spread evenly across the Pac-12 teams.

I am not sure when Kiffin will get fired, but practically he is already done.

Ah yes, pulling a "Garrett Gilbert."  Luckily enough, Lee's NFL stock is already high enough.  Too bad for the rest of U$C's team, which will not really get a chance to shine (except the punter, who might set records).

It is not.  Kif won two games in this particular example.

A finger on the pulse of most Trojan fans.

Note the caption on Lane Kiffin's wikipedia photo.  Stanford fans should recognize the level of fan frustration.  But the era of Ted's Buddy and Ted's Other Buddy seems like a long ago bad dream right now.
