Some guy I never heard of is playing RB for the Vikings (as they beat the Eagles) and the talking heads made some remark about having your first two RBs hurt. Anyone know what happened?

IIRC he pulled a hamstring during that big run last week.

Asiata's stat line: 30 carries for 51 yds (long of 10) and 3 TDs, plus 3 receptions for 15 yds (long of 8). Pretty solid. QB Cassel had 19 yds rushing and a TD as well, so it seems that Philly run defense is not really getting it done.
Also, in the same game, Zach Ertz posted 6 receptions for 57 yds (long of 17) and 1 TD.

30 carries for 51 yards is "pretty solid"? I hope you were being facetious and my sarcasm detector is just broken. 1.7 YPC is atrocious.

Pretty solid refers to the TDs. But the fact that the OC ran the ball that many times and still came away with a win means that the run did its job as a decoy for the Cassel-led passing attack (omgwtfbbqsars). Minnesota actually won that game, which is the only measure of validation here. Greg Jennings resurrected his aging career with 11 receptions for 163 yds and a TD. Kind of insane (long of 57)...but that's the NFL for you.
