#GlassesUp - yvonne - 01-23-2014

Has anyone noticed the #glassesup hashtag that the #cardclass14 is using?

Well, what do you think of the meme below?

Nerd nation glasses then?

My first thought was drinking game but I don't think that's where you are going.

Re: #GlassesUp - yvonne - 01-23-2014

Yeah, I'd replace the glasses with nerd glasses if I made anything out of the meme.

Re: #GlassesUp - yvonne - 01-23-2014

How about this?

#WorstMemeEver #RaptorJesusStillTheBest

(not this one particularly, but the Keep Calm and...... meme needs to die soon)

Thanks, dabigV. I appreciate the input.

I like the Nerd Nation Glasses idea and appreciate the push to keep it top-of-mind within Stanford sports.

Maybe add a "#NerdNation" to make it clear?  Or perhaps add Tape and make the frame heavier?

The only one I've particularly liked was a woot shirt that said "Keep Calm and Carry a Towel" and the picture at the top was a whale. But I'm a HHGTTG sucker.

I'm not sure I understand the "glasses up" thing.

Re: #GlassesUp - jeboody - 01-23-2014

echoing dabigv, the keep calm meme has been overused for a while now

Re: #GlassesUp - CowboyIndian - 01-23-2014

Perhaps a jumping-off from Texas Tech's "Guns Up!" slogan.

Re: #GlassesUp - yvonne - 01-23-2014

The only thing I don't like about Glasses Pp is that unlike Guns Up, Gig 'em, Hook 'em, and VU, and even the Oregon O is that it can't be seen from a distance in a crowd (as in on TV).
