Is the board kinda balky and slow today? - Redrum - 02-24-2014
Or did the gerbils get into the company server room here at work again? Just wondering if it was on my end or a general thing. Click on a button, then have time to go get coffee before it executes.

I installed a patch. It seems to be running faster now.

Out of curiosity... what is up with that site? I still like the current event board there, but it has been down for maintenance since at least last night, and possibly dating back to before I went to Tahoe last Tuesday.

two weekends ago they had a couple of servers crash, who knows about this past weekend.....
Rumor has it that Redrum is sabotaging their site to drive traffic to the Cardboard :)

The other site has been down for "systems maintenance" since Sunday morning, and is scheduled to be up again sometime today. A brief explanation I saw states that some old servers crashed and are in the process of being replaced.

As the results of my home emergency refrigerator defrost / troubleshoot bear testament: I can boggle/neuter/render useless any technical system by merely engaging with it. Refrigerators, lawnmowers, websites, pet doors. My discombobulatory powers are growing

I guess the server replacement is going about as well as the rebranding did. The site is still down.
