I don't know anything about gambling or odds making. Does that mean that the gambling experts think we will underachieve if we win only 9 games?Â

Odds makers have projected we would win 9-9.5 games for the past three years and in each case we have gone on to win 11+. While we have been terribly consistent in the win column, I think the amount of close wins in the past couple of years have kept the preseason win total reasonable.

2012 featured unusual close game prowess/luck (8-2); 2011 (1-1) and 2013 (2-3) did not.
