Online streaming of the Big Game? -

Hey folks. I\'m in Bangkok, so I\'m wondering -- any good info on who might stream the TV coverage on the internet?
I have only ever had success with ATDHE.net ... but the big game often doesn\'t make it onto big tv networks so ATDHE might not have it.

You never know for sure until game time. But, one of these sites is bound to have a link to the game:
http://www.channelsurfing.net/
http://www.justin.tv/directory/featured
http://www.veetle.com/
All of these sites are free. You may need to install some free software though.
There are other free sites out there. If someone out there can add to this list, I would appreciate it.
The OSU game will be on versus. You can watch it live on their site:
http://www.versus.com/
Most of the games on ABC and ESPN you can watch on:
http://espn.go.com/espn3/index

Unfortunately, the official word is that ESPN3 is only available in the United States. (My brother lives in Iceland and he bitches to me regularly about this limitation.) But Big Game isn\'t on ESPN3 anyway.

I have watched games this season internationally through justin and channelsurfing. Â Depending on what else is happening in the world, Justin.tv may limit access. Â However, Channelsurfing leaves you to the whims of the host.
One game, people lobbied the host to carry some other contest and Poof. Â Just like that the Stanford game was gone.
If overseas I would recommend getting ready to watch on multiple websites, and be prepared to switch to a different path as required.
It will be OK, but it is not as carefree as watching on a TV.

One last site that\'s pretty good (and excellent if you\'re interested in soccer): myp2p.eu

this is great, great info. almost worth compiling and placing into a sticky post somewhere on this bulletin board.
also, to the extent that some site only makes its streaming available in the USA, for the record there are tools like Anchorfree (free) or Witopia (costs $$) that allow you to make websites think that you are sitting in the USA (or in the case of Witopia, in any of a selection of countries.)
... However, those services won\'t make it appear that you are using an ISP that is part of the espn3 gang, so they won\'t allow you to watch the streaming on ESPN3.  But espn3 isn\'t showing the Big Game anyway. Among the games they are showing, they choose to show San Jose State vs. Hawaii but not Stanford-Cal.

When games are broadcast on ABC or ESPN, you can watch replays at your leisure on ESPN3 for a week or so. Sometimes there are blackout areas for live broadcasts, but they don\'t apply to replays.

I\'m worried about Comcast Bay Area. Â We tried to get the Sac State game over that channel in Austin but failed miserably (with Oliver Luck in attendance, doh). Â What if the same happens for Big Game? Â I never understood why we couldn\'t get the channel either, whether it was a problem with Comcast\'s switchboard or whether the game was blacked out in Texas, or what.
