Will we be ranked by the committee? - BostonCard - 12-02-2014

In this week's AP poll, we were in the "others receiving votes" category 4 votes, good for a tie for 33rd position.  I never gave a thought to the possibility that we might be ranked in the committee's release tomorrow.  However, fivethirtyeight, which has attempted to predict where teams will be ranked, gives us a pretty good probability of being ranked by the committee between 20 and 25.

After this season, we should be grateful for whatever recognition the team gets.  This was a solid win over UCLA that would have beaten U$C, Utah, perhaps ASU, and definitely U of South Bend had all those games featured the Farm Boys of this last weekend.  I dunno if that performance would have beaten Oregon...but it would have been fun to watch.

Well I guess I probably ruined it, but otherwise this might have been tied for the shortest threads ever!  :D
