189 pass efficiency rating (#1 Oregon 185.3)

Also, please note the Mississippi's ppg allowed is currently skyrocketing.

Anyone who honestly thought we'd be better if Hogan left was delusional. I'm not sure '09 Luck beats out '15 Hogan, it's just hard to get better than a 4-year starter.
