You may know that I like speculating about this sort of thing. 

The obvious choices are Zach Abercrumbia and Niko Small because there have been rumblings in the not so distant past that they might switch to Stanford.  A late move for Abercrumbia makes sense because Stanford missed on Donelly.  A late move for Small would make sense if Stanford believes it will miss out on Reid or Meeks. 

I'll propose  one other possibility.  Garrett Williams.  He's a kid with a very high GPA who has taken advanced classes.  He committed relatively early to Clemson.  You could imagine that might be a safe harbor commitment pending his application to Stanford.  Similar to Reilly Gibbons last year.  Another kid from Florida, if you pay attention to coincidences.

I like your guess but pretty sure not Williams. He misses on one fact that is behind a paywall. Great guess though. Small ?  Hmmm but no clue here

Thanks for playing, Bob. 
Niko Small would be okay in my book if Shaw misses Meeks or Reid.
I still hope for some of the uncommitted guys who appear headed to U$C, like gustin, green and marshall, but I get that's not going to happen and there would be no real reason for cloak and dagger with them.
If the missing fact is that Williams plays TE, remember he's a two way player who could project as an edge pass rusher as well.
