Current Directors Cup Standings -
BobK - 04-10-2015
This winter we have outscored UCLA by over 200 points. But here comes the only other winner of the CUP, North Carolina.
With Swimming, Wrestling and Indoor T&F the totals are:
Stanford 936
North Carolina 823
Wisconsin 748
Penn State 735
UCLAÂ 663
But UCLA is very stron in WWP, Softball, Tennis and Baseball.Â
This month are M and W Gymnatics.Â
Thank ya, thank ya kindly

Stanford picked up .... second place points tonight in Men's Gymnastics.
Oklahoma "only" managed a 447.050, more than 3 points less than Thursday. Stanford's tally was 5 points more than Thursday. Sounds great, but Oklahoma still won by almost 7 points. Crazy!
Stanford's second place finish will help, but for Stanford to win the cup this year the school will likely need big upside points in Men's Tennis (and some helpful UCLA losses along the way).

Well, MTennis upset UCLA today (after losing to UCLA 2-5 6 weeks ago). Seems like the team is improving as the year goes on--undefeated in pac-12 with USC coming on Sunday.

Let's hope the WWP team has figured out UCLA for the result of the season. Rematch at noon today, Avery.
MTennis beats #5 USC today 4-3 -

compared to a 6-1 loss earlier in the season. Unlike MBasketball, MTennis is doing better its second time against conference opponents. Could that be due to better coaching ??????????????

The coaching change in men's tennis was much needed. I'm glad to see signs of progress under the new coach!

With us being ranked #36, this was a very impressive sweep of the LA schools, ranked #15 and #5.
