WBB: Marta Sniezek wins more honors - 81alum - 04-16-2015
Marta just won the Gatorade player-of-the-year for DC in basketball, making this the second year in a row for her. Oh, she also won the Gatorade player-of-the-year for DC in soccer.
I have a sneaky suspicion we are in for a special treat to have Marta coming our way. Reminds me of Toni Kokenis as far as the two sports. But Marta is a natural point guard and is very, very competitive and aggressive.

Hopefully that will be the case. We need someone to replace Orrange right away and though Roberson is very solid, I am not sure if she has the talent to be the starting point guard for a potential Final-Four team
