For those of us P12 deprived, does anyone know if and where this video can be seen?

Ferrari, the Pac 12 site has a write up online -

Clips may be coming.
But it was about as substantive and fulfilling as an Olympia Light beer. Almost no insight whatsoever. However the Pac 12 correspondents did have some fun with Graham Shuler learning the life of a center in the Stanford offense. Other segments included interviews with Hogan and Francis Owusu, Christian McCaffrey and Barry Sanders (mostly about them and their fathers), Joshua Garnett and Kevin Murphy and Blake Martinez and Kevin Anderson. they also had a virtual reality segment with Derek Belch; and some chatter with RB coach Lance Taylor and Remound Wright about Stanford's base running play.
The show did provide one nugget to me as a fan. I scream as loudly as anyone about the length of time it takes to call a play and snap the ball. Hogan described the process - ideally he gets the play with about 22 seconds on the play clock. There are actually 3 plays called. He has to communicate all of them to the team. They aim to break the huddle at about 15 seconds. This gives Hogan about 10 seconds to survey the defense and make a decision about which play they will run. It must be very complex. We know it is time consuming. Stanford ran the fewest plays in the conference last season (66 per game) and among the fewest in the nation.
I also liked the segment with Wright and Coach Taylor. They described how the RB is supposed to follow the pulling guard ("follow his belt") and make a decision when to cut upfield looking first at A gap, then B gap, etc.
