After spending some looking for a depth chart at the official Stanford football page on gostanford.com I saw nothing. Whoever sees it first, please post a link to it. Thanks.

Time to increase my predicted number of wins for Stanford. Seems we'll be starting twelve on both sides of the ball this year. Should help.
Couple of surprises in there - at least to me.

Rector second behind Stallworth. I'm guessing that's part of the discipline Shaw alluded to.

Wow, the D-line depth is scarier in print....Â

And I would guess Owusu OR Cajuste is related to the health of the latter's ankle.
I wonder of Tucker over Davidson is a clear win or reflects Davidson's own health.
FR on the list: Justin Reid #2 FS, Ben Edwards tied for #2 SS, Quenton Meeks #2 NB, Jake Bailey #2 PK, tied for #1 P and KO.

Maybe, but there's five names for roughly 2.5 positions - which is still two per.

What happened to Charlie Beall? No mention of him anywhere in special teams discussions...

I think Tucker is a clear win over Davidson -- the way Bloomgren described their competition (maybe a week ago?) he made it sound as if Tucker's qualities would be preferred.
(It was something like, "Nick's the better run-blocker. Casey's the better pass-blocker, and we know keeping Kevin intact is job number one." And then something to the effect of, but they have a week or whatever time frame to improve.)

I have been a bit out of the loop on some of our recent recruiting classes, but I'm a tad bit concerned that I only recognize one name out of our two deep at CB, Ronnie Harris.

We're all a tad bit concerned, the youth of our defensive backfield has been one of the main topics of conversation here over the past few months.

And our apparent starting safeties were recruited as quarterback and a wide receiver....eep.
I guess I realized our defensive backfield would be untested but didn't quite realize the extent of it until I actually looked at a depth chart.

12 starters for both the offense and defense plus donuts with maple syrup and bacon makes me fear that we're turning Canadian.........

I think Whitfield played safety in high school, not sure if he did all throughout high school. I heard Neuheisel once say that he recruited Whitfield and wanted him as a safety.

Not seeing Eric Cotton on the depth chart surprises me in a frowny way. That guy is too good to not get snaps. Seven catches for 128 yards last year.
Dontonio Jordan sighting, that's a pleasant surprise.
I'm still wondering how many snaps Watkins will actually get on the D-line.
The single player I'm most geeked out to see get regular snaps is Kevin Palma. He really jumped out at me in the few snaps he's gotten. I think he can be an All-Pac 12 kind of guy. But he has to win the starting job first.

According to gostanford.com, Palma had 18 tackles last year while Noor Davis had 19, and Palma played in two fewer games.

The biggest questions:
Will Trent Irwin play?
Will Bryce Love play?
IMO, these guys must get on the field this year if it is to be a special year. They are just too talented to have sit on the bench.

Don't be surprised to see Cotton in there on short yardage and goal line - and getting out in the pattern out of that formation.
Watkins will get a lot of snaps - in the second half esp 4th quarter. So will Thomas.

Converting QBs and WRs to defensive back has worked out well for us in the past-- Richard Sherman, John Lynch, Tim Smith, Vaughn Bryant.

I would think that Thomas will get a lot of snaps in every quarter. He's listed atop the depth chart at one DE position.
