Maverick McNealy in Walker Cup - CornFed - 09-09-2015
This coming weekend Maverick McNealy will join the US team to take on Great Britain and Ireland. Quite an honor, but I'd be shocked if he had not been named.

I believe the matches will be aired on ESPN3 from around 6am to 10am PDT Saturday and Sunday and highlights will be shown on ESPN2 from noon to 2pm PDT

I can't find the matches on Dish TV. But Saturday's results went to Britain/Ireland, 7-5. Our hero, Maverick McNealy was, unfortunately, on the losing end of both matches in which he competed. In the afternoon singles match, he fell behind early but fought back to lose Down 1. His opponent needed to sink a five-foot putt on the 18th to avoid continuation of the match to extra holes. In the morning foursomes, McNealy and his partner never were particularly threatening to their opponents.

No extra holes at the Walker Cup.
PS--Maverick just missed a 5-ft putt on the 18th to win his match. Overall match was already over. GB&I killed us.

Oh yeah. That's right. McNealy did well to bring back to the point that he could have had a halve.
