Stanford isn't mentioned in the article linked.

I assume you are referring to the Propublica data base that can be accessed at this link:
https://projects.propublica.org/colleges/

In the top-10 lists further down that page, Stanford comes in at #1 for "Avg. Cost for Low-Income Students", #1 for "Avg. Discount for Low-Income Students", and doesn't make the rest of the lists.

Stanford also strong on median debt of grads (#10) and default rate (#7): https://projects.propublica.org/colleges/schools/stanford-university
