Shaw is so deeply impressive. His familiarity and insights to the individual recruits conveys his personal involvement with each of the incoming players. To extemporaneously describe each of the signees in such detail without falling into repetitive boilerplate is hard to do unless you are speaking from the heart. I really like our coaches!
