Jindal
Walker
I don't know that I missed them so much as I didn't include anyone who dropped out prior to the primaries. Apparently you wanted an exhaustive list. OK, here goes:
Pataki, Jindal, Graham, Perry and Walker all withdrew before the primaries, so I didn't count them. I also didn't count Jack Fellure or Andy Martin who filed as candidates with the Federal Election Commission. Also didn't count Peter Messina, who is on the ballot in Louisiana, New Hampshire, and Idaho or Tim Cook who is on the ballot in Louisiana and New Hampshire. Walter Iwachiw is on the ballot in Florida and New Hampshire.
Others who announced a bid and filed with the FEC were Dennis Michael Lynch, Mark Everson (former IRS Commissioner) and Jimmy McMillan, the chair and leader of the Rent is Too Damn High party.
