I thought folks here might find this interesting. Plenty to debate in this article and some rankings that are counter-intuitive (Alabama, anyone?).

They surveyed 224 high school football recruits about the brand appeal of Power 5 teams, but don't mention their methodology for picking their respondents or the specifics of their questions.
Some notables:
#5 Oregon (tie)
#5 USC (tie)
#9 Stanford
#12 UCLA (tied with Florida State)
#15 Notre_Dame
#23 Washington
#37 Cal
I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised we ranked so highly. While I know Stanford stands apart for the academically-minded recruit, I wouldn't have expected the team's appeal to be so broad-based (assuming the survey group is randomly selected). We top some true blue bloods - many of whom have been enjoying plenty of recent success.
