If you mean Sonia Henning She wasn't left out -- is on the top 10 list as published. And she belongs there -- more than Pohlen, imho, whom so many are pushing. Henning was total glue for her teams, controlled and in control -- as far as I'm concerned, the best point guard that Stanford has ever had.
As for Pohlen, she had a great senior year, especially in the U Conn game. Her junior year was very good, but so were many others. I think she's vivid to many of us because of that U Conn game, but for me, there are many others who didn't make the top 10 who are ahead of Pohlen. For me that includes Wideman, Trisha Stevens, Julie Zielstra, Rachel Hemmer, Katy Steding . . . Bottom line, so many good players over the years, so difficult to pick a top 10!
