I was curious about that too. Seems to be a carry over/inside joke from when the subreddit was plastered with pictures of Reggie Wayne, and they snuck a picture of Wayne Brady in.

Possible, but as Chappelle's Show makes clear, Wayne Brady would be a fearsome presence at strong safety. ("IS WAYNE BRADY GOING TO HAVE TO CHOKE [a receiver coming across the middle of the field]?")
