It's the only explanation. Indy needs to abandon the running game. Just let Luck chuck it with defenders hanging off him. Far better offensive option.

I know we've been seeing him do this for a long time, but I still can't believe Luck. I'm a Patriots fan, I think he might be the better QB on the field tonight.

What the hell? Sherman does not owe Harbaugh anything. And he certainly does not need to pick his team (which he has no control over anyways) based on who his former coach has a feud with (which, BTW, Harbaugh more or less started) or not. That statement has to rank as one of the dumbest I've seen posted. Like Harbaugh, Sherman is one of ours, and we should root for his personal success whenever we have a chance. I don't care for Carroll, but I want our former players to do as well as possible, and if that means that Carroll goes along for the ride, so be it.

It's hard to tell, with all the injuries -- no Dwayne Allen, Reggie Wayne, etc. -- but the Colts look like they need a major talent infusion to me. It's a minor miracle that Luck's been able to carry them this far.

Was really bummed out about this game, and then Dan Dierdorf announces that he's retiring. Haven't been this down since New Year's Day.
