I conceded that clock times can vary (particularly "unofficial" times recorded and reported by amateurs), so maybe it was only a 0.3 second improvement, but I think we can all agree that the combine times are about as consistent as any, and I can't imagine why a high school kid would exaggerate his time on the up-side (so maybe he actually got 0.5 seconds faster)?!? In any case, and despite what's "normal" in terms of human physical development, I'll stand by my suggestion that he appears to have gotten "fast in college".Â
