A quick review of UC's performance to date reveals wins over the slugs of college football and losses against the mediocre/good teams. Stanford qualifies as a good team.
Also, I am a great believer in matchups. Offensively, UC does not match up well v. Stanford. LSJU strength is UC's weakness - along the lines. I don't see UC generating a rushing attack and without that, the passing attack will be slowed. Look for a number of sacks by the LSJU D.Â
On the other side of the ball, UC's DL is probably the worst in all of college football. They will generate no pass rush and Hogan will sit back and play pitch and catch with Cajuste (sp?). Â
I hope I'm wrong but I think it will be another year before the worm turns. 2015 looks very promising for UC.....
