As I read the graduate transfer rule, kal had to either deny Scarlett financial aid or had to consent to Scarlett's transfer. Same with Stanford for all the guys transferring, including Lyons. If accurate, I would expect schools to deny waivers more often. What is the upside to consenting to lose someone who's anticipated to contribute?
