While I think SD comes across as petulant, he's playing to his fanbase in being terse about Scarlett leaving. Seriously, he's going to play for a direct rival. I don't think many coaches would be happy about it and a lot of fans would be pissed. Of course, it behooves a coach to at least appear above the fray, but who wouldn't be upset at a player going to the other side of the field for Big Game? It's a pretty big indictment of your program.
