As far as I can tell from reading the NCAA Manual (effective August 2014) linked by 82lsju in the other Scarlett thread, there is no mention in graduate student transfer rule of enrolling in a program or for a degree not offered by the Bachelor's degree institution.

There's a lot of stuff flying around that's either false or not proven true:
1. Player must pursue a major not offered by the original school (false).
2. B. Scarlett applied to Haas (unproven).
3. B. Scarlett was rejected by Haas (unproven).
4. B. Scarlett was accepted into GSB (unproven).
