No, it was sticker price. For example, Brandeis is #27 on the list with tuition/room/board of $61,100. Stanford's is $59,836.
The #1 school -- Harvey Mudd -- is $64,527. So the range from #1 to #30 isn't brobdingnagian, but Stanford is definitely below #30, even before the tuition breaks.
