Not sure why you categorize Randle as a guy who's been developed well by Dawkins. If anything I think he's been a bit of a disappointment. Randle's still more a pure scorer than he is an all-purpose point guard, and I don't see a ton of skills -- offensive or defensive -- that he didn't have as a freshman.
I'd put Nastic, Huestis and Fields as the "good work there!" examples of Dawkins's development. That's...not terribly good from an overall perspective. Particularly when Dawkins has been such a strong recruiter, Muir's protests notwithstanding. (Literally: Muir's protests are unable to stand.)
