So, I think this is REALLY Ferrari's way of sneaking in a subversive comment advocating free Stanford health care along with tuition to incoming students - those without healthcare are clearly "underspriviled". That's my story and I'm sticking to it 'cuz finding out Ferrari has subversive leanings is a lot more fun than finding another typo (of which I create many).
