This surprises me and bums me out like the Lyons transfer.  Even though he didn't start all the time, Skov played regularly and the guy in front of him graduated.  The Skov family has a great legacy at Stanford.  Who wouldn't want a hard hitting Skov on your team?  The goal of the football coaches is not to be liked by everyone, but when you hear about things like this, it is hard not to conclude that some players aren't totally bought in to Shaw and the other coaches.  From Lyons comments upon arriving at Michigan, he didn't bash Stanford but it sounded like he wasn't a fan of the style of coverage that Stanford was playing and he had enough of that.  I wonder if Patrick is considering Michigan as well. I am sure Harbaugh would love to have a Skov on his team.
