Apparently a very tough course.
Since each team is giving up about a stroke or more per hole the true leader may be significantly over par, but closer to the clubhouse.
Stanford is at +13 through 13/14 holes. If one projects each team's first round result based on their current pace on the course, I suspect Stanford will finish in 4th or 5th for day #1.
Is it particularly windy or rainy? Seems like an odd course to select for this event if these types of over par scores are going to be the norm this weekend.Â
