Stanford women's rowing finished 6th this morning, placing 5th in the I 8 Grand Final, winning the II8 Petite Final for 7th, and finishing third in the 4s for 9th overall.Â
Men's golf looks like they will finish approximately 23rd - they're in the clubhouse at +35. Ouch.
Stanford
Men can still score points in: Outdoor T+F (ranked 23 - would score roughly 48 points.)
Minimum men's score: 622.5 (scoring 53 for golf)
Cross Country drops out.
Women can still score points in: Outdoor T+F (ranked 13 - would score roughly 63 points.)
Minimum score - 805.5
Minimum total score: 1428
UCLA has an elimination total of 39.75 total points. Any combination of Stanford gaining points in either outdoor T+F, or UCLA scoring anything below a national championship in any of the four remaining sports, will narrow that margin.
So, if UCLA loses in baseball tonight, it's done.
