Mick, here's your data for the school across the Bay:

It does show that after 1996, admission rates for Asians declined more slowly than admission rates for the entire student population (remember, there's been a recent trend of declining admissions for everyone), and that the proportion of admits who were Asian has increased. However, over roughly the same period, the proportion of college age kids of Asian descent has also increased.
