Well, the problem with college is that they have *too much time*. The coach micromanages the whole offense. Endless resets. No goals on any of the plays. Constant reliance on the three point shot as a bailout for the aimless offense the team is playing.
I question how much NBA people watch if they feel it offers less team play or offensive tactics. It's probably very little; the game has gotten very sophisticated, particularly as European styles gain influence.
